A really big WHOA! I can't believe I actually got past that week! I'm not sure there are even words to describe what I just went through. 'Twas a myriad of emotions.

Ok this is again about the CDX thing. And I assure you that this won't be the last post I'll be doing about it coz there are more CDXs that I'll be doing in my life. We've only just begun.

Monday. I can't remember what happened so let's just skip that.

Tuesday. Our class (or at least the 20 or so people who actually have an inkling of care about this major project) crashed my house for an overnight work. Now when I say crashed, I really mean crashed. Bond papers, tally sheets, laptops, mongol pencils, USBs, backpacks, tempura, biscuits, whatever kind of snack you could think of, and half empty glasses of Pepsi were all over the place. Even if there were sleeping mattresses spread on many parts of the house, no one actually did have a decent sleep. Oh wait I did sleep.. for 30 minutes! Morning came and we're off to school again. The manuscript was half finished. I so love my parents for all their support, patience and for putting up with all the mess that we've created.

Wednesday. Half of the class slept all throughout the morning classes, or at least those classes with instructors who won't send you out for snoozing coz you were one of the unfortunate ones who had to stay up all night panicking. After school we worked at Jan's house. We only stayed there til midnight coz we didn't have the energy anymore to do overnight work again. However, there was not much sleep to get at home either coz we had to review for 3 exams for Thursday anyway. We are now beginning to realize that our chosen course is slowly starting to kill us.

Thursday, the 13th of March, came --- the date set for the deadliest deadline of the Community Diagnosis. At exactly 5:oo pm, all manuscripts should have been placed at the top of Ma'am Jen's (our level coordinator) desk at the LC's office. The concerned individuals from our class ditched our 1:00-4:00 p.m. make-up class to finish the manuscript. I'm so glad I was one of them (yeah like I had a choice!) coz even if I'm now behind on our PHC lessons at least I was there to witness and be part of the intensity of those final sweaty-hands-with-butterflies-in-the-stomach moments. Everyone was on the move. Everyone was on the top of their voices trying to finish things off.

It was fifteen minutes before 5:00 p.m. when our "mahiwagang" printer finally puked out the very last piece of bond paper. Instantly, Red and Badong hopped on the tricycle waiting outside the house and nagged the driver to drive them to school in lightning speed. We, the ones left, waited anxiously for news. We all cheered when after 20 minutes or so they finally sent a message saying we were able to meet the deadline. They got to the office at exactly 5:00 p.m! Can't help but get teary-eyed. Our exhaustion and sleepless nights paid off after all. Only five out of 18 sections were able to submit on time. Our section was the fifth. :')

We went home that night not as classmates, but as friends.

Friday. We couldn't celebrate just yet. We still had exams and mind torture to face for that day. But at 3p.m. we were finally dismissed. Yey freedom! Later at 7:30 p.m. some classmates and I met up at the school again then had dinner, a few drinks and KTV at Whythouse Grill. Thony was there too. It was kind of like a victory party and also an early celebration for mah birthday..!:D

Saturday. 15th of March. Ok well the good news is that it was my birthday (hooray!) .. But the bad news is that I'm 19 now, my last year with a 'teen' on it (no hooray for that). For now I'm not going to write much about my being 19 coz I haven't reflected about it yet. Maybe later. Anyway, the people who were with me yesterday and all those who remembered to greet me completed my day. I was soooo touched by their messages. Awww.. :') This is one of those days when I feel really really loved.. Thony and I spent the afternoon at the mall and ate at Fortune teahouse. Afterwards my family, Thony and I ate again at VFW, a place near Clarkfield which serves American and Aussie stuff. I had a simple yet happy day.:)

You've reached the end of yet another long post. Ciao!: )

P.S. Tomorrow, it'll be two years since Thony and I started this relationship thing. My my.. time flies real fast. *blush* (even though I don't usually blush coz maitim ako.. ay este morena pala.. hehehe.) :D
